His expertise includes ESG strategy development, double materiality assessments, decarbonization roadmaps, SBTi-aligned target validation, and sustainability disclosures in line with global frameworks such as the GRI, BRSR, IFRS S1 & S2, and ESRS. By leveraging the Sustainext platform, he supports organizations in digitalizing ESG data to enhance transparency, analytics, and reporting efficiency. With over 7 years of experience spanning Big 4 consulting and leading sustainability advisory firms, he has helped organizations strengthen ESG performance and improve ratings across MSCI, CDP, and EcoVadis assessments.
Vignesh holds an MBA in Business Sustainability from TERI School of Advanced Studies and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from SRM Institute of Science and Technology.
