I began my sustainability journey four years ago after completing a Master’s in Environmental Science. Before joining Sustainext, I had experience in areas like environmental economics, air pollution, and sustainable mobility, but little exposure to the ESG space.

When I joined Sustainext as a Sustainability Analyst, I had only a basic understanding of ESG frameworks and reporting. Working with different clients and projects gave me the opportunity to learn and build a stronger grasp of ESG standards over time. The organization also supported this learning through relevant resources and courses, which helped me grow steadily in this field.

Eventually, I became part of the product innovation team, where I contributed to integrating ESG reporting frameworks into Sustainext’s SaaS platform. This experience led to my transition into the role of Sustainability Product Strategist, where I now focus on shaping ESG features and aligning our platform with global standards.

My journey has been one of steady learning and transition from a background rooted in environmental science to a more strategic role in ESG product development. I look forward to continuing to learn and contribute meaningfully in this fast-evolving space.
